Refund Eligibility:

You may request a refund only before:

• Customization work has started, and

• No domain or hosting has been purchased or linked.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

• Customization work has started on your purchased website.

• Domain or hosting services have been registered/purchased.

• You fail to provide necessary input for more than 7 days.

• You request a cancellation after 48 hours of purchase without valid reason.

Return Policy:

As the product is a digital service customized per your request, returns are not applicable. Every website is tailored to your requirements and thus cannot be resold or reused for another client.
