1. Product & Service Description

• Each product sold on our platform is a demo website template, designed to be customized to your business or personal needs.

• After purchase, our team will customize the website (content, images, colors, branding, etc.) as per your provided requirements.

2. Customization Process

• Once the order is placed, you will be contacted within 24–48 hours to gather customization details.

• You must provide clear and accurate information about your business and preferences.

• The development timeline depends on the complexity of customization and your responsiveness.

3. Ownership & Delivery

• You will receive full ownership of the website once customization is completed and final payment (if any) is received.

• If a domain and hosting are purchased on your behalf, those services will be registered under your name where possible.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

The amount paid becomes non-refundable if:

• Customization work has already begun.

• A domain or hosting has been purchased or activated.

• You delay communication for more than 7 days after the order confirmation.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses or damages due to misuse of the website, content delays from the client, third-party plugin issues, or hosting outages beyond our control.
